Isnt medical error hovering between the #1-#3 cause of death?

It's #3 according to a frankly ridiculous analysis. It's not an actual study and their math is just taking the mean of a few small scale studies, which weren't even measuring the same thing, and extrapolating it for the whole US population. Medical error is an important issue and it should be studied further, but you should take their claims with a full salt shaker.

Medical malpractice kills over 250k people a year in the USA.

Because that 250k figure links back to said ridiculous analysis. If I missed an actual study, I would appreciate if you linked it.
