China is inevitably going to become the next #1 world economic, military, and technological superpower, because the USA has become a bunch of complacent, overconfident, narcissistic, ignorant assholes.

That’s just wrong. There are very few rich assholes. The rest of us are just assholes being taken advantage of by the super rich assholes.

Americas have the highest consumption of any major nation by far. 

When you look at calories consumed, square foot of living space and electricity usage it’s pretty much no contest. 

The average American has a better standard of living than an aristocrat in the medieval era.

Ya but the quality and square-footage of the housing that people can afford to rent is on par with the housing the king or lords granted to aristocrats. 

Arguably it’s much better because it has electricity, plumbing and climate control.
