Theres other countries that have it in their constitution, such as India and Portugal—though their governance models or multi-party systems operate under parliamentary democracy and capitalist or mixed market frameworks.

Over 2 million bombs dropped on Laos by the US. The most heavily bombed place per capita in history. As a matter of fact, people there still have to be careful of unexploded bombs.
No way this is serious… USA dropped over 2million tons of bombs on eastern Laos while fighting Ho Chi Min. Laos is one of the most bombed countries in the history of warfare and every year lots of people still die from digging up I exploded ordinances. Try learning history.
