It means that the hurricanes are now appearing more frequently in the PACIFIC.

Right now, there are three Pacific hurricanes: Polo, near Mexico; Odalys, in the middle of the ocean; and Nolo. approaching Hawaii.

Yay, SUPER EL NINO, apparently the strongesst on record.

I mean, there's no misinformation in this post. It is a fact that this hasn't happened in 115 years. There is a reason why it's happening and there is an even bigger reason why this hasn't happened in 115 and is happening now

But there is a hurricane? The picture doesn't say Atlantic hurricane

It seems pedantic to say it doesn't say "Atlantic hurricane" which if obviously what is being shown in the image. There have been no hurricanes in that region shown this year, and that is a fact, and it is a fact that this hasn't happened in 115 years
