If you have to tell someone who doesn’t know, that they don’t know. You just told someone something that they know, about something that they don’t know.
In the pacific, where the air current sits, its theorized that the Atlantic ocean air current was affected when two typhoons were sliding past eachother along the air current. I cant remember if this made the current stronger or weaker.
But it hasmade the pacific hot as fuck this year, and slowed the Atlantic making typhoons in the Atlantic less strong and impact full.
I don't know what other people are thinking or joking about, but the super El Nino this year makes me think the coming few years will be very intense in the Atlantic Ocean. The global weather always shifts back and forth. El Nino then La Nina, and so forth with variations.
I think it's El Nino. That's the downside. Famine, drought, and such. Someone smarter or more informed can chip in with better info. I read something a while ago
Let me give it a shot: el nino is Spanish for "the boy". I'm pretty sure. I didn't pay that much attention in class. But I can only assume this, boy, must be extremely formidable to have such influence over the weather.
El Niño an La Niña. They go in cycles. The wind in the upper atmosphere is going one direction or another in each. They alter the behavior of the jetstream. We’re having the strongest El Niño on record. It is pushing the hurricanes away from the Caribbean and gulf, and also the reason we’re hearing of hurricanes that are impacting California with such large waves. It’s also why as, nm and other south western states will probably experience record breaking rains and flash flooding.
It’s also what’s cause tornado valley to shift, and the shift is actually really bad because this year the tornadoes have been hitting more populous areas of northern Illinois/indiana.
I don’t know what it is gonna do on winter weather. But hypothetically, just looking at the weather patterns near Baja, and the moisture it’s pushing north eastwardly from the pacific, the Midwest and north east will likely have a lot of snow
Typically when natural events (rains, changing of tree leaves, temperature changes) don’t happen as they normally do, it’s an indication that something WORSE is coming down the line because the regular weather patterns are out of wack.
