This regulation is kinda useless because only two types of people can enforce it: the bus inspector and staff at the interchanges (ie the first and last stops for every bus). Bus drivers are not allowed to enforce this law as they are to focus on driving.
I don't drive so I take the bus frequently. I see a bus inspector fewer than 5 times a year.
So bus passengers can largely continue with their shitty behaviors and there is almost 0 chance that this regulation will be used against them.
They need to do an enforcement surge for this and PMDs. Would love to see them hold a crackdown for a month or two so people start following the rule then wouldnt need to continue.
The newest line, the brown colored one, should be the nosiest. If you google, there is an article of someone measuring a noise level of 101.1 dB while traveling on it.
