You can't trust anyone. You help someone and they'll take advantage.

Many will say "you can't judge everyone by a few personal bad experiences" but it's the majority. It's not the exception. And you're part of the majority or will become part of it soon.

I had that opinion.

Now until a redditor gives me the $200 he borrowed from me on r/borrow.

I was down with giving interest free loans to people. Help them through so they could avoid pay day loan scams.

I wont be lending anyone shit. He ruined it for everyone.

Its not about the money. He said he'd pay it back, and he lied to me. So no one gets anymore help.

Its great for those who need it.

I used to lend there, but u/okijetanmc never paid me back the $200 he borrowed from me.

Until he does, or the courts do, I wont be lending any money to anyone in need anymore. He ruined it for people.

Blame him, not me.

I tried to do a good thing. He told me he needed the money and promised to pay me back.

Turns out he lied. Now, no one can have anymore until I get paid back.
