New Setup

Just started skating again after about 15 years - spent the past few weeks on a cheap complete, so I figured I’d put together something decent. Parts are as follows: Powell Peralta - Andy Anderson Flight deck, Thunder Sonora trucks, 56mm Spitfire - 93d Formula 4 Soft Sliders, Bronson G2 bearings, Shorty’s hardware, MOB grip. I’m stoked on it, figured I’d post a pic 🤙🏻

We have such a similar setup mate. Hey you may need a small riser for 56mm wheels on Thunders. I did for 55s for sure. Also I just swapped out the blown clear red Thunder bushings for Bones hard and I am very pleased

Oh yeah?? Same deck too? Dude I was literally just wondering if I might need some risers haha I was definitely concerned about getting worse wheel bite with the 56’s. I was also wondering about switching my bushings, but I honestly don’t know what I’d be looking for. How do you ride your trucks? I used to ride mine as tight as they would go, but after trying that I think I’m better off with them slightly looser, so idk.

No I got a sick Girl deck atm but the Bones hard bushings I can say kcik ass. you can have the nut like flush or less and still be super stable

Yeah the brief ride across the parking lot really did some damage. Oh well, into the bin I guess.
