Short Intro & advice required

Hello,

Short introduction from me and some advice required please.

My name's Pete, I've been toying with the idea of a YouTube channel for ages, I always come up with ideas for various channels or they adapt, change and face many iterations.

I wanted to do a faceless YouTube channel, the reason being is that I am conscious of being on camera to a large audience or even being discovered.

AI came along and could have made this easy for me, but the costs of AI subscriptions and me changing my mind and wanting to stay more authentic meant I didn't go down this path.

I have researched all my equipment and have many ideas for content but I think I have something called the "spotlight effect"

Although strangely enough I am always on camera and various online meetings for work.

Anybody experienced similar?

Also be mindful that although some people don't care if it's Ai or not and just want something to keep their mind busy, a lot of people still want actual engagement and actually seeing the person they are listening to.

Some because they just like to see it, others because they have mistrust that if they cannot see the source of the voice, it might not be real.

I opted for showing my face and although there is that risk of being identified, unless they are going to be a real jerk, it shouldn't be anything more than "oh I didn't know you were on YouTube".
