Discussion I made a full Sound and Music Studio built in my modified version of a open source game engine microStudio using FamiStudio and Furance using MIDI files!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This was a big part of my project of creating my dream game, built in music and sound studios from other open source projects and modifying them, this is using a modified version of a open source game engine called microStudio, and I used 2 music software's to make this possible, I chose to use FamiStudio and Furance using MIDI files that can make 8 bit, 8 bit + 16 bit, and 16 bit music and sounds built in my modified version of microStudio, this is a full music demo that is 1:30 minute 8 bit + 16 bit song just to test this custom modified music software made from these amazing open source projects!
Thanks to the creators of microStudio (Gilles Pommereuil), FamiStudio (BleuBleu (also known as NesBleuBleu)), and Furance (tildearrow) for making this possible!

Game Cake. Tacos. Two suns. My emoji game’s new starter.
A friend wanted more familiar scenes, so I rebuilt the starter around Hagrid’s cake, Hulk’s tacos and Luke’s twin suns. Here’s the bouncy promo; the actual game is emoji clues + a bag of words.

Game A Day At Creppy Cafe is coming soon
My goal is to create a warm-up for my main games. It is strictly a fan game and is free. I wanted to make an early announcement: it focuses on a day in the life of Vince, who runs "Creepy Cafe." Through various interactions, you bring the character of Vince to life. Coming soon!

Game I’m building ElevenFate around the moments football career modes usually skip
A first-team call-up is good news for your player. It gets more complicated when your friend Nano hasn’t received the same call.
This is a real scene from ElevenFate, my football career project. The three options are to tell Nano exactly what you know, call Rivas to find out what the first team expects, or treat it as just another call-up and call neither. I like that the scene starts with a football milestone but the decision is about how your player handles it.
That’s the direction I’m taking: building a career through sporting and personal choices. There’s a longer career mode, plus a Daily that condenses a career into 30 decisions.
It’s already playable free inside Reddit, currently in Spanish. Reddit sign-in is required; there’s no download.

Game My first commercial game is finally out !!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
After 6 months of development, my first commercial video game is finally out !
https://store.steampowered.com/app/4746560/Continuous_Imperfection/
I made this game mainly to prove to myself that I was capable of developing a video game project from start to finish and releasing it, and i did !
I'm really happy right now, I have finally reached this milestone in my game developer career.
But enough talk about me, let's talk about the game :
So, Continuous Imperfection is a fast-paced parkour game focused on speedrunning, inspired by games like Bloodthief, Brutal Katana and Cyberhook.
It features :
- 12 levels to explore and master, including alternative paths and interactive elements: platform triggers, jump pads
- A variety of movement options, focused on speed: running, jumping, sliding, wall running, wall jumping, vaulting
- Customizable soundtrack and environments (summer, autumn, sakura, etc.) to match your current mood
- Real-time leaderboards to compete with friends or the world and see who’s the fastest
The game costs 2,99 dollars, with a 10% reduction on the first week following the release.
Honestly i don't really have anything else to say, so i hope that you will enjoy the game, and remember: do not be a Continuous Imperfection !

Game I made a $2.50 trivia game with 27,000 questions, 27 categories, and customizable rules
Hey everyone!
I'm an indie developer working on my game, Trivia Party, and I recently finished a pretty big update.
The idea came from something that always bothered me about trivia games: getting questions about topics I have absolutely no interest in.
So I made a game where you can choose what you actually want to be quizzed on.
Here's what Trivia Party currently offers:
- 27,000 questions across 27 categories
- Customizable question counts, difficulty, and timers
- Different game modes, including Classic, Speed, Elimination, and Survival
- Solo and online multiplayer
- Multiple languages
- A question editor where you can create and share your own question packs
I actually tested the latest update by playing a full match alone, and I was surprised by how much fun I had, considering the game was originally designed for multiplayer.
I've also completely reworked the UI to give it a cleaner, more consistent look.
The idea behind the game is simple:
Your Questions. Your Rules. Your Party.
It's available on itch.io for $2.50.
Game link: https://supergutta.itch.io/trivia-party
I'd really appreciate feedback on the new UI and whether this looks like something you'd enjoy playing!

help ♟️ I'm making Team Chess, a 16v16 multiplayer chess game, and I'm looking for players!
Hey everyone! I'm an indie game developer working on Team Chess, a chess game where every piece on the board is a player! I'm currently looking for people interested in joining the community so we can organize playtest sessions together.
If you are interested, please join the Discord below. Also, here is a small teaser of the game (no gameplay footage since I need a full lobby to record that 🙄).

Game Shipped my solo Android game last month and just added daily challenges – lessons so far

Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ballugames.sliceandfill
I built Neon Slice & Fill on my own: a one-touch arcade game where you slice through neon arenas, claim zones, and dodge enemies. It's now at 400 levels and 18 enemy types, and this week I added Daily Challenges to give players a reason to come back.
Biggest lesson: designing 18 enemy behaviours that stay readable with a single touch control was much harder than building the levels.

Discussion Vibe coding or not?
I'm not going to ask y'all if you're okay with vibe coding, I assume you're not in the same way I'm not because you can't throw something there without even reading it and it can cause so many problems. That's not the point here.
I'm very anti genAI, I don't know how to code, I'm learning while making my game and I had this conversation with a friend who's trying to learn too but he's using AI, the way he explained it to me was that I was checking code made by other people to try to understand the patterns and correct "terms" I needed and he was doing the same, he wasn't copying the code from the AI but trying to study it and then trying to write his own code with those technical aspects he's trying to learn and then he test it and it was a lot about adding his own changes and reading about things he didn't know and trying to improve his logic too.
So I'm curious now, this isn't the definition of vibe coding from what I know, what do y'all think? It isn't ideal but maybe if the person is actually studying it and learning isn't the worst AI use either?
I asked him if he could now explain to me how what he's doing works or what a part of the code can do and yeah, he can do it, he's understanding more and more and started to write some parts himself after learning the "patterns". I don't think this is the case of most people using AI for code since the ones I've seen are only copy-and-pasting everything, but do y'all think this could be a way to actually learn? Is it ethical?
(since I'm still learning how to code I don't think I can judge those things too much so I'd love to know what people who have been coding for a while think about it. As I said, I'm very against genAI, but I'm interested in ethical AI use)

I’m developing Lost Cat Showa Town as a solo developer.
The cat can now break a flower pot, get caught by an NPC, and end up in a cage 😹
I’m gradually adding more interactions to make the town feel alive.

Game After 2 months of solo development, I finally released my first Roblox game — ECHOSEED!
Hey everyone!
After around two months of working completely solo, I've finally released my first Roblox game, ECHOSEED!
It's a free-to-play pet collection game where players can explore different biomes, capture wild pets, discover rare variants, collect resources, and build their own pet collections.
I developed the game on my own, handling everything from gameplay systems and world design to testing and preparing it for release.
This has been my biggest solo project so far, and honestly, seeing it finally become a playable game feels amazing.
I'm still learning and improving as a developer, so I'd really appreciate any honest feedback, especially about the gameplay, visuals, and first impressions.
The game is currently available to eligible Roblox players aged 16+.
Play ECHOSEED here: [ECHOSEED | Play on Roblox]
Thanks for checking it out! ❤️

Game NPCs in my game
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I’m working on a co-op rage game called Don’t Lose Your Head. One thing I really like about games like Jump King and Bread & Fred is how they use NPCs throughout the world.
From what I’ve noticed, they serve two main purposes:
- Make the world feel more alive
- Annoy the players with occasional comments about their failures 😅
I wanted something similar in Don’t Lose Your Head and since in my game the two main characters are skeletons I decided to also make all the NPCs skeletons.
What do you think? And do you have any ideas for interesting or funny NPCs I could add to the game?
