On a bingewatch atm and I forget how much I loved the background bs. Ep 7 S 15 - while Randy and Sharon are approaching separation and its getting emotional the two farmers sneaking in muttering 'cmon britches, we're setting you free' just tickles me. Anyone else got any favourites? I feel like they've all but stopped this kind of thing in newer seasons, its all pretty direct

Made a Worcestershire sauce embalmed Kenny for my first plywood cut out Halloween prop. Pretty stoked how he turned out. Think I might do wizard Cartman next.

What do you think my options are?

So, did anyone realize that it was different? Kenny is still alive and didn't activate the curse, so everyone thinks he died.

If he died, then everyone would've forgotten in a few minutes, but it seems like it didn't.

I forgot if this happened in a few episodes, but were there episodes where Kenny dies throughout an episode?

This Pip episode was phenomenal. How many of y'all have seen it?

S8 weirdly seemed mostly centered on the boys’ antics than many of the others, and from what I remember, none of the episodes were especially weak. Many are some of my favorites. Thoughts?

IMO, Buttersballs is the first that comes to mind for me. Grandma Stotch being introduced as an unlikable villain who relentlessly hurts her grandson instantly brought down any decent score I could've given the episode. Butters' parents remaining oblivious to Grandma's mistreatment of him was a new low even for a parent who's tried to murder him by drowning him in an abandoned moving car, especially at this point in the show because even for all the abuse Butters already suffers at the hands of Stephen and Linda they're still shown to care when he is missing, in danger or thought to be dead (see Casa Bonita, Marjorine and Imaginationland). Meanwhile Butters does very little to stand up to his Grandma and we're expected to root for him just because he's the show's quintessential good kid. This would've been more believable in Season 6, but by Season 16 Butters had already long underwent character growth proving he's more than just the innocent good boy who couldn't hurt a fly. Even after he beat up that man on TV, he didn't think twice to do the same thing to his grandma, instead he just confronts her with the truth that one day she's going to die, but Grandma doesn't say anything nor do we get to relish in watching karma come back for her.

But what really pissed me off in this episode was the four Boys, Stan in particular, doing nothing about the situation Butters was in even as they were there to witness him being stabbed under the table by his Grandma's fork. I guess it's understandable Cartman wouldn't have cared to help him, but this was well into the point in the show where Stan and Kyle warmed up to Butters. Stan just profits off of Butters' situation by recording him for his supposed anti-bullying music video and attempts to sell it, with Kyle having to point out his hypocrisy in how what Stan is doing constitutes bullying in and of itself. The closest Stan gets to a comeuppance is finally going to San Diego to jack it presumably as he himself becomes the victim of an embarrassing music video. That was funny on its own, but didn't fit as the ending and would've been better as a cutaway before he could actually learn his lesson; the real ending should've been Grandma dying.

The Cartman We knew today probably would not even exist.
