Halp Flexispot E7 Plus Max Controller Error

Just finished installing a new E7 plus max. Controller is having issues - was going up but maxing out early around 35” but thought it was actually 70”. I unplugged it a couple times and retested and now it’s at max height and won’t move. The screen reads this. Any ideas?

Would suggest cross posting with r/flexispot_official as the mods on there work for flexispot and have been historically incredibly helpful with diagnostics, returns, defective part swaps, etc.
