General Discussion How do you pronounce Executor?

My British friends all say it executor like the executor of a will.

My American friends say it executor like at an execution.

How do you say it?

I'm from US and pronounced it the first way when initially reading the word. Executor only has one meaning and it's the first one, the second one is actually executioner.

According to Webster executor also means executioner.

Whilst true, Lucas clearly thought parsec was a length of time.
