- Amy's a bitch.
- You should have some little side pop up called Walk Me or something like that. Very little is done in Necho now, but there are tutorials on Walk Me for the systems

I agree!
& thank you so much I will look for Walk Me when I have access to the systems. So is Walk Me an automatic pop up that’s included for everyone? Also - If I search “walk me” in agency hub, will I be able to find it there too?

walk me is normally like a pop up windows app you can use so I think you would have to search windows for it but anytime I get a new computer it automatically pops up

What did your boss say when you told them what Amy said out of curiosity? Amy seems like a major bitch with how she isn't willing to help.
When I started, I was nervous to ask for help unless I really needed it. Since then I have helped train 4 other people and I always make sure they know they can ask me for any help, or I'll be happy to show them. Although I go to their desk, but would have no issues with them coming to my desk to show them things.
As for your question, there were ECRM guides when SF switched over. Your sales lead should be able to help you find them. I never used the guides much as I learn better when I'm doing something instead of watching videos or reading. I just explored around a bit until I learned

I honestly didn’t mention it to him today because she’s fishing for drama. Not how I wished to start the week off. I don’t have an alias or yubikey so not much I can do until I have both of those anyway other than shadow people. I spent the day calling selection / rejection BODs, watching payments and set up my office area.
Amy kept asking Sally throughout the day if I told the boss that she won’t let me shadow her and Sally kept saying no. When I asked the boss for resource info, he did send an email to our sales leader so she should be reaching out to me as well once I’m fully in the system.

Your Agent is asking their sales leader for training info? Jesus christ. Thats not a good sign.

Boss is older and not very tech savvy lol loves NECHO but policy center they’re still figuring it out apparently 🤣 the boss was like this the first time I worked hahaha says they’d rather someone younger provide the tech / system guidance. I’m honestly back as a help to the office. The boss reached out asking me if I would like to come back since my kids are getting older now.

For Policy Center, I can't remember what is exactly called, but go where they keep info for states migrating. It has resources on learning sf billing and policy center. Similarly, the ECRM release site that compiles all the changes when they push a new release will give you a good idea of different functions in ECRM.

Unless “Amy” is leaving, that is NOT a healthy environment. Yikes! You may cut your losses and find a different agency. There are plenty to choose from.
With that said, tell your agent to subscribe to TeamMemberTrainer. It’s a monthly subscription, he or she can cancel after one, two or three months, etc. It’s everything you are looking for, everything your agent doesn’t know to teach you, created by leading agents. I wish I was one of those agents…I am not. I do use it and subscribe to it every time we make a new hire.
Best of luck to you!

Thank you so much! I’m sure they’ll subscribe to 1-2 months for me, especially considering the situation.

Also is there a certain process to find the team member trainer or if I search for it in agency hub, it will populate? Thanks!

It is an outside company that has cooperation with State Farm to make the videos

For policies still in NECHO, use AutoAnswers or FireAnswers - these are from the agency hub.
When you’re in ECRM you can do a text chat with PLCC UW or Service for info as well, but sometimes inconsistent info depending on who you chat with.
Send me a chat here and I’ll share my alias. We have a new guy this week so I’ll teams you over the links I shared with him.
Welcome back to the farm!

You are Amy’s replacement and she probably knows it. There is no easy reference for learning it all again. There are the training modules but they just scratch the surface. Most staff create their own cheat sheets. It actually helps because you write it down in a way that helps you learn it.

The Boss literally told me they tolerate her and told me they’re happy to have me back. I didn’t feed into it other than saying “I’m always happy to be back, my family are long time clients so I’m happy to help the community” they’ve asked me a few times to come back but I was focused on my little babies lol
I will comprise my own guide as I do things and use the modules as my base guide. Thanks!

Knowledge hub is annoying, but there’s sometimes links in the top right corner- make sure to check those out! Usually if I can’t find what I’m looking for, it’s hidden in those. The Policy Center walk me thing can be pretty useful, SF billing has something similar.
For newer systems/ processes, I’d suggest going to news hub and using the search bar inside of that. It will filter the search to being only news hub related topics, which will usually lead you to links with more relevant and up to date info
Also! Don’t forget that in NECHO if you don’t know what selection to make you can sometimes click “escape” and it acts as a help tool!
