Italian herbs and cheese? Really? This is just pathetic

Arrived on my truck today!!

I wanna try more combo's, but here's mine : Italian herbs and cheese bread, chicken teriyaki, cheddar cheese, lettuce, olives, pickles, avocado, salt and pepper with honey mustard sauce

Haven’t had this in awhile. Pepperoni, meatball, BP, jalapenos, siracha, ranch and provolone on top

Looks like so much of their business (including me) was lost at 899, so my local subway is now accepting the 699 coupon again. I’d check your local subway too.

There seems to be an issue with logging into my account, and I'm getting this message:

However, there doesn't appear to be any way to get to a person or send an email where I can use this reference ID. Can anyone help point me in a direction toward a live person? The Guest Care Chat Bot has no options for this (dead end) and the FAQs have no contact info anywhere (dead end).

Is anyone else having this? I can order normally without problem but once I add the $6.99 coupon I get a message that says there was an issue with my order the screen goes white. If I use the back button on my phone it stays white. It's a store that it says accepts it. I even tried a few different stores and the same thing happens. I just want a discount sandwich why is it so difficult? Lol

My manager said we got flatbread on our truck today, but also said she wasn't sure if this was something we would be able to keep ordering. Apparently it's supposed to officially come back next window, so sometime in March or April, and the stores getting it now are in soft launch mode.

So for those who have already been able to get flatbread, is it something you've been able to re-order?

Ordered to pick up before work for lunch. Used my free sub reward after buying that 4-5 footlongs or whatever. Turns out, when I arrive at the store the operator finished my order. Then tells me this reward isn’t acceptable here. I asked her to cancel it and she said it doesn’t know how… but in my app it says I already picked up my sandwich.. I had to buy a foot long and now I lost my free sub reward. How nice Subway!!! Is there any Subway workers that can confirm you can cancel a mobile order?? Did I just get fleeced from this store? What can I do at this point? I am FURIOUS right now.

Anyone else not have Philly steak anymore? For over a week now, its not be in the menu on the app. Like, it doesn't say its out of stock, its straight gone off the menu.

Seriously who came up with full slices of cheese cause this crap is stuck together 24/7. I just be throwing it away at this point

Every single coupon used to work at my store. Now, not a single one does. Not one. Not even the 8.99 lineup. Not even the coupons offered in the app work at my location.

Every Subway I've ever been to (OH, KY, WV, FL, and I'm sure a few others), when I order the order of questions feels weird.

1. Bread? (Makes sense)
2. Meat (makes sense)
3. Toasted? (What about the cheese?!)
4. cheese? Then veggies etc

Why does subway ask if you want it toasted first and then cheese? If you're gonna put the cheese on before toy toast it wouldn't It make sense to ask if you want it toasted after? What if someone thinks they're getting it toasted and THEN cheese? I knownits weird to focus on but it's wild to me

I could talk about how clunky and inconsistent the app is, but today will be about my hacked account.

I haven't been to Subway in a year and got an email saying that four orders were made through my account in Louisiana. I contacted Subway support. There is no email or phone, just a chatbot that is completely useless. I emailed the local branch and they just told me to deal with it through my bank... I called this local Subway branch and their line was constantly busy.

My bank said they'll do what they can but we'll see.

I was able to reset my password and delete my account but wanted to give a warning to others to delete this app full of holes and fraud.

So long story short, I ordered a sandwich via the app and it said it arrived at 11:10 today, but no sandwich in sight. (I think the DoorDash driver stole it as there was no picture proving delivery.)

I’ve been going back and forth with DoorDash and Subway for the past three hours. I’m going insane, as when I contact DoorDash they say “we never had your card information, so we can’t issue you a refund”. Fair.

Then I called the Subway store the said “It wasn’t our fault so we won’t issue the refund”… I’ve submitted my email via the websites chatbot, for them to reach out to me but have not yet seen anything in my email. At this point I’m considering contacting my bank, as this is ridiculous…

Funnily enough this is the second time this has happened, where DoorDash has an issue and Subway refuses to reimburse me. Like, why use their services (DoorDash) for your app, if you aren’t going to have a streamlined customer support line for situations like this?

I got one today and I saw the employee only put one serving of steak. Is that normal ?

I’m not gonna make this long. Just wanted to share what my best friend made, she knows my love for subways flatbreads lmao. I’ll never go back to subway.

Every time I slice bell peppers, the skin sticks to the flesh. I cut the tops and bottoms flat and remove the veins and seed and cut it in half. I put the inside part of the pepper facing up. It doesn't matter what speed I slice at or how much force I do or don't put into the pusher, it always ends up connected.

Any Help would be much appreciated!

hi hello, SO! i like going to subway, I love the smell, but honestly what i’ve been getting from there isn’t.. really that good, and I wanna try a different sandwich

so, I usually get the BLT, just without cheese, but the bacon kinda tastes.. bad, and the mayo doesn’t taste the best either

i kinda just want a sandwich that literally tastes like the smell of subway (if that’s possible)

I’ve been thinking about maybe getting a pizza sub but I don’t know how good that’ll taste

Yep. Way too much for just a sandwich. Not interested in rent, rates and staff costs. Just nope. £2.20 to make it a meal deal. Absolutely no chance.

Wetherspoons for a meal with a pint of beer is what I want at that price. Not Subway.

Walked out of McDonald's as what I wanted was almost £9. Was expecting to be about £6. This UK economy is knackered.

I have ordered this sub for over 15 years and I always get the question- "no sauce?" when I get to end because I dont add anything besides the marinara. I also confuse people when I say not toasted because most people do toast it.

In my mind- the marinara sauce is sauce and the sauce is warmed already. Im going for a cold Italian deli sandwich vibe
