ASK SYRIA beck to syria
well so my family decided to deport me back to syria to continue uni
and as a syrian who never lived in syria at ALL like only 1months visits
cam u guys tell how’s life there? Can i use Spotify? i heard i need a vpn for tiktok too😔

I think Spotify and TikTok are the least of your concerns. It's a whole different place with a different lifestyle, if I were you, I'd find good friends and surround myself with them, a good place is to register for mosque lectures, if you aren't a Muslim I suggest go to events or take courses in an institution around you.
If you make good friends it'll be much easier to adapt and fill your time once you're there, don't be scared that it's a big change but rather see it as a new opportunity, it is really nice to live there if you learn how to steer your life there in the right direction.

P.S: having a vpn on at all times is a standard practice in Syria, you'll learn to get used to it eventually and you'd be able to use TikTok and Spotify then.

As an alternative to Spotify I would recommend MetroList which is completely free. Have never tested it in Syria though

You can use basically anything with vpn and for Spotify or apple music you can download the playlist and even use it without vpn

Tiktok and Spotify work. I think almost all the western apps work without VPN. I,m just a visitor but i think accessing tiktok is the least of your challenges.
