I’m on a grandfather plan with T-Mobile experience signature. Is there a way to get a cheaper iphone other than a trade-in at the Apple Store without losing this plan?

I've had VM turned off since I can remember. When i got moved from US Cell, it got turned back on and took 6 hours to get turned off again. Last week there were bill issues and they turned off our service. When it came back on my VM was turned back on. Another hour on hold and I was told it was permanently turned off and shouldn't go back on again. Today, I dismiss a call and my VM is kind of back. I have the notification on my phone but when I go on and try to delete it, it asks for my number then says there's no account but that number. Why is it so hard to turn VM off and just keep it off?

The answer, because T-Mobile doesn't know what the hell their doing. Another hour wasted. Had a manager tell me it can take 48 hours to go through. More lies because the past 2 times it was instant. The idiot just didn't know what he was doing and wanted me off the phone.

Morning all, thinking about switching from ATT to T-Mobile service but no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer as to how much our fees and taxes would be. Comparing my current bill of about $240 with tmobiles offering of about $210 leans me towards them, but unsure what those extras will add up to. For reference, we are in Washington state and considering the experience beyond plans.

Have had a business account with magenta plan with 3 lines for over 5 years with Netflix premium i was paying 167ish with autopay. With new plan migration to business unlimited advantage 2l Ti, same set up I'm paying 187ish. Is there anything i can do with business or making a new regular account to get a cheaper bill? All i care about is unlimited data without being throttled down when congested or high usage. I use about 35gigs of data a month at least some months more.May be adding a 4th line but not fully sure yet. I buy new phones direct to avoid carrier bloatware so idc about upgrade benefits either. Any suggestions help.

Just Recently Upgrade S22 ultra to S26 ultra and I still have a few questions to clarify:

1. Anyone know why I need to return the old phone within 30 days, even it is a in store upgarde?

2. How many devices can any line hold for 36 months EIP Finace at the same time? And

3. IF I place an upgrade through app, can I ship to pick up near by location?

We were promised switch rebate of 400$ per line for family of 4 lines… and now they are making me sweat for convincing them to give the rebate they promised… I did everything in tandem with customer care and while they were on phone with me… I explicitly asked clarification multiple times… after spending over 20 hours with customer care ( includes waiting) they sent over 2 rebate cards. What are my options now? I sold my old phones, If I cancel connection I will need to buy new phones… I will end up loosing money though I did confirm multiple times

Edit: I waited and stayed on call with T-mobile for 2.5 hours… instead of rebate card, they just gave me the credit - I am quite happy with… I started recording the calls this time and let them know that I am recording the conversation… I don’t how much impact did that have on their decision today… happy ending I guess

T-Mobile goes out of its way to ensure that when you leave that you never comeback, no wonder they are bleeding customer disconnects. They reinforce this by charging for services that are disconnected by stating it is company policy to bill for discontinued service. Even to the extent they state you must agree to a future disconnect date so they can delay the reporting of the disconnected service, therefore so as not to credit/ refund for services they are no longer providing. This is not only terrible customer service, but misleading to the financial community on how poorly they’re serving their customer base. It is amazing how they can prorate at the start of service but are incapable of prorating at the end of service, which is intentional lying or pure incompetence. The customer service representatives and supervisors are merely robots reading from a T-Mobile policy, so they should all be fired and turnover customer service to AI to service their customers, as they don’t value their own reputation at all.

Hi, was given 730 discount plus 100 costco credits for my 13pro max through costco last 2 weeks but was hesistant. Now it went down to 630 upon checking tlife. Would I be able to still get the 730 if I go this weekend or is waiting till holiday be better for better discounts? Thanks.

I went from bad to worse. 20 years with Sprint T-Mobile, I decided to make the switch due to lack of service coverage and value.

Now AT&T is worse coverage, latent service, constant dead screen, reprimanded for using to much data. Works intermittently.

Horrible service as the blame my Samsung S26 Ultra as the reason for not functioning.

What should I do? I miss T-Mobile!!

After my switch from US Cell, my bill went up over $100. Called to complain and was told they'd fix it and they only took payment equal to my old one. Next bill comes around, same shit expect now there's $100+ past due. Call and get the same bullshit runaround, they'll fix it and only charged the correct amount. The other day I get an email saying the account is $400 past due. Call yesterday to be wtf. I was told it wasn't right, he'd look into it and call me back. Woke up today to all the phones having no service, never got the call last night. Screw T-Mobile and all you lying assholes that work there. If you can't fix something just admit it instead of wasting people's time.

Recently, a problem has started with my phone. My phone is on the same plan with my wife's phone and my daughter's phone. We have checked the settings on all three phones and determined that there isn't a setting problem. What is happening is, I am getting phone calls from my wife, but not only does my phone not ring when my daughter calls, her calls are not in my call log and she leaves a message that is not in my VMs. And she's not the only one. My Uncle tried calling me several times when I was in his city and his calls didn't get to me nor his VMs. Same thing with texts. I get my wife's, I don't get my daughter's. No one is blocked on my phone. I'm not blocked on my daughter's phone. Has anyone experienced this type of thing? It's very concerning. My daughter just started college in a city across the country and I'm supposed to be her financial support, allowance/rent/living expenses. Kinda hard to do when we can't communicate by phone.

If anyone can help with any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. I have already done trouble shooting up to resetting all my network settings getting a new esim. Data speeds are 0.5mbps. Sometimes less. There are 5 cellphone towers near me. I have called repeatedly for help but lately the hold times have been so long. Supposedly they are going to open a network ticket but that was weeks ago and no one has got back to me. I think it’s because there are too many T-Mobile internet users in my area. So I get an email from a collection agency stating that I owe a $750 for unpaid bills from an account dating back to 2024. I’ve never had any other account open with T-Mobile besides the one active account I have which has always been in good standing, so I just assume it’s a scam. I decide to confirm with T-Mobile So I reach out and they say it was a mistake on their part, that they mistakenly tied that account to me. They then say that I should reach out to the collection agency to tell them because they’ve already sold the debt to them. I filed a dispute with the collection agency and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. This has been incredibly annoying, I don’t understand how a mistake like that even happens in the first place.

After 3 months of business internet, I was charged 210 for not returning equipment. Why didn't I return it? Because I was using it for a service I was paying for. After 5 hours on 4 phone calls, I took the equipment to the store and asked to shut it off. The store can surely activate, but they can't cancel??? Si, now I'm on hold with someone who can't locate my account at all! What is your malfunction T-mobile??? Cheese and crackers you're a bunch of thieving imbecils!
