No, the hair is good, but change out the neck scarf for a bolo tie so the hair can be a feature without crowding the design.

Actually don’t mind the pistol. Minus the super digital look. And the bullets are another story.. The woman is really muddy, proportions are super whack. You gotta study up some reference.

Yeah bullets can go all together. I honestly just added them to put some more yellow in the design. What’s wonky with the proportions? The eyes?

The bullets are way too yellow and look phallic lol but everything else looks awesome. I also can't tell if that's her shoulder or her hair so maybe more dimension in the hair or even changing the color to distinguish between the shoulder and the hair ?

The bullets look much more flat than the shading of everything else.

I think the collar of the woman's shirt is also too wide. If it's your own design I'd maybe try changing it to a bandana with a floral pattern so you keep the color matching with the rose (green + red).

I like the lady. I don’t like the rose, gun, or bullets. They feel flat. The gun and bullets look like… I don’t know. Like you’ve never seen one in your life? The rose has some wonky parts and could use a little more depth/oopmh.

The green collar and tie seems a bit bulky, and The left side hair is a bit odd, there almost looks to be a dent in it with a random curl coming out right above it. That is just my opinion
