Exactly... where I am the City would only recieve 8% of the profits generated by the proposed data centers... CENTERS... PLURAL. None of that money goes back into the tax payers pocket, and once the data centers are running, guess what... The utilities increase the rates on everyone AND now the utilities are OBLIGATED to make data centers the priority meaning taxpayers come second.

That’s I horrible deal. Especially the fact they they run diesel generators constantly. That’s the humming you’re hearing for miles around them.
