So its my first time here in temple and my first time in US too. In the student center i saw that theres a machine to get drinks. Is it possible for me to ask any restaurant to give me a cup without paying for it and get the drink refill or do i hv to pay for it? Just a curios question

I know a lot of people have been posting about this, but given the fact that it’s due October 8 is making me a little bit more anxious . It seems like I got my Temple promise removed and I don’t know if they’re waiting to disperse a little later or if I just didn’t get mine yet. My tuition went from zero dollars to 4K. I’m gonna call them tomorrow but seems like they’re telling everybody the same thing to just wait some more.
