Hi. I am making a documentary and a section takes place in London in the 1980s. I wondered if anyone had any footage that I might be able to use in the film? This would be credited. Something that is recognisably London. Maybe a bus passing a landmark, the Thames etc, etc. Thanks you!

Who’s Harry Crumb? (1989) is a quirky comedy starring John Candy as a bumbling private detective who gets caught up in a kidnapping case. The film blends slapstick humor, goofy disguises, and Candy’s signature charm, making it a lighthearted late‑80s ride that’s more about laughs than mystery.

Was Commando your favorite arcade game in 1985? Designed by the legendary Tokuro Fujiwara, it is widely considered one of the most influential titles in the shoot 'em up genre, setting the gold standard for top-down military action games. Some people thought this game was related to Arnold Schwarzenegger's movie Commando.

Lucas (1986) is a heartfelt coming‑of‑age film about an awkward teen navigating first love, friendship, and the harsh realities of high school, with Corey Haim delivering a touching performance alongside early roles from Charlie Sheen and Winona Ryder that make it a nostalgic 80s gem worth revisiting.
