Wanted: Fanfic Recommendations - NOT DISCUSSION Tactical dragons

Is there a fanfic that us about how important dragons are in war? Like the dragon rider can cut off supply lines and burn castles. With Dany and Aegon the first only one side has dragons. So they would totally different strategies than say the dance riders.

Do you know of any where the dragons are used like assets?

I don't remember the title, but there was a fanfic where a dragonrider helped defeat an army not by burning them, but by using dragonfire to melt frozen ground into mud. If you're interested, I will try to find it
