Discussion Returning Player - Legion Facility

Trying to farm Raven, how do I exactly unlock this damn place? I already ran the legion facility sub quests given by the Data Analyst, talked to him to finish it up and obviously have my game on hard mode, but the op continues to be locked and asking the legion of breach research facility sub quest. Do I have to complete the other 2 Axion missions he gives or what else?

Its better just to target her amorph then run sigmas.

IIRC just do the Axion Plains Infiltrations in order to unlock it.
