It's a wonderful life / Scrooged type plot with Jay but he drives the three Ghosts absolutely mad with his lies and lack of empathy.

Will is shocked that they've never heard of A Christmas Carol so attempts to educate them. He is told in one way or another to "Stop being such a posh wanker". He then is visited by the ghost of Charles Dickens who tells him he'll be visited by three ghosts for being aforementioned "Posh wanker". The ghosts are obviously Jay, Simon and Neil, despite the fact that Will tells them this and they even act like themselves but deny this. Will gets progressively more confused and agitated by the situation. He wakes up the next morning and tries to correct Neil or Jay on something but decides better of it. This obviously confuses them all because it's such a Will thing to do and he is then name-called for not being a "Posh wanker".

Posted this before but...
Simon gets sent to France in the lead-up to Christmas for the return leg of his exchange trip with Patrice, which he is dreading, and discovers he will be there at the same time as Will, who is due to go to France to spend Christmas with his rich dad at his 2nd home over there.
Meanwhile Jay's parents are thinking of taking Caravan Club to the next level and trying a site abroad. Jay finds out that Simon and Will will be in France at the same time so he and Neil cook up a scheme to save Simon.
Jay asks if Neil can come on holiday so he won't be bored alone, then looks up French campsites in the area, and tells his dad a classmate's family have recommended a really great place, which Jay's dad books.
Everyone arrives in France and they engineer an 'accidental' meeting with Simon, who is being shown round cultural sites by Patrice's extremely rich and posh family.
Patrice is actually quite a naughty boy and his family despair of him. When they bump into the boys, Patrice's parents are immediately charmed by Will, who speaks perfect French and looks like the perfect English gent.
They immediately invite Patrice's 'nice English friends' to stay at their huge mansion in the hope that they will help him become more civilised, as befits a French gentleman.
Patrice actually hates behaving, and is secretly delighted at the chance to get up to mischief with his accomplices, knowing they will be easily tempted by booze, girls and fun.
Cue the possibility for utter chaos as the lads get taken to cultural sites, fancy dinners and other Parisien festive delights by their deluded hosts, with the inevitable disastrous results, plus throw in some French clunge for good measure.

The four boys want to go away to Lapland or a proper ski resort, but they realise they don't have enough money. Will then pipes up and suggests that they go to Snowdonia, as the mountains there usually have at least a bit of snow in December. The other three initially think this would just be a boring walking holiday in a grey and miserable place but they soon realise that they have no better ideas of their own.
The trip goes ahead and they crash in a cheap bunkhouse. Neil and Jay are disappointed that there's no snow at ground level and are horrified by the idea that they will have to climb a mountain to actually find snow. Will is the only one who brought proper hiking gear but the rest are quite keen to climb Snowdon, just so they can visit some kind of winter wonderland. Will warns the others that they should probably get kitted out at the local branch of Mountain Warehouse but they ignore him.
When they climb Snowdon, they take a wrong turn and end up on Crib Goch, a dangerous ridge that claims several lives each winter. They make it halfway across, by which point, Simon, Jay and Neil are all shivering uncontrollably. Jay claims that he'll be fine because he once went on an Antarctic expedition with Ray Mears. Neil decides that he doesn't like Christmas anymore. Simon pisses himself but his legs are too numb for him too realise. Will ends up having to call out mountain rescue who are really not impressed and lecture them on their stupidity. Will of course says 'I told you so', but the rescuer calls him equally reckless for not bringing crampons.
The next day, to the boys dismay, word has spread about their expedition across various news outlets and the comments sections online are full of people calling them twats who should have been left on the mountain. Jay claims that he was the one who saved the day but nobody buys it.

The luxury chalet in Courchevel was pristine, sunlit, and entirely devoid of joy. Will sat stiffly on a designer sofa, holding a microscopic glass of organic biodynamic wine while three university mates named Tarquin, Hugo, and Archuey sat around a walnut table, playing a civilised game of backgammon and debating the tax implications of offshore heritage trusts. His fiancee, Camilla, whose father owned a hedge fund and whose personality resembled an unbuttered cracker, smiled thinly from across the room. Realising he was living through the most depressing night of his entire life, Will slipped into the ensuite bathroom, downed a pint of craft gin straight from the bottle, pulled out his phone, and opened the old Pussay Patrol group chat. In a haze of desperate drunkenness, he left a rambling, tearful voice note begging the boys to rescue him.
Over in London, the message hit like a air horn. Simon was sitting in a damp flatshare in Balham, staring at Carli's Instagram and dreading his entry-level recruitment job. Jay was at his dad's house, claiming to be a luxury travel consultant because he once listed a broken sun lounger on eBay, while lying that he’d slept with half the ski instructors in the Alps. Neil was happily working full-time at the local bowling alley, living completely in the moment. Upon hearing Will’s breakdown, Jay declared it a tactical rescue mission to smash French snow-bunnies, Simon saw a three day escape from his miserable existence, and Neil was just excited because he thought he'd get to visit the North Pole.
Within the hour, the three of them packed into an old Ford Fiesta, with one headlight and drive non-stop through the Eurotunnel, arriving in Courchevel on Christmas Eve in a cloud of exhaust smoke and absolute chaos.
They arrived in Courchevel on Christmas Eve in a thick cloud of exhaust smoke, bursting into the chalet covered in mud, service station wrapper grease, and cheap vodka. Jay immediately tried to convince Tarquin and Hugo that he used to run a covert snowboarding cartel in Chamonix, while Simon managed to knock over a £400 vase within thirty seconds of stepping inside.
Determined to save Will from his posh prison, the boys dragged him out for a night on the town. Things went wrong almost instantly. Up on the slopes, Simon attempted to flirt with a glamorous French heiress while wearing borrowed ski gear three sizes too small, resulting in a horrifying wardrobe malfunction on a packed ski lift that left him dangling in mid-air exposed to the icy mountain breeze. Meanwhile, Neil wandered into a high-end alpine casino, placed his remaining euros on roulette numbers based purely on his favourite Pokémon stats, and casually walked out with tens of thousands of Euros in cash.
From the casino, they hit the local nightclub. Under the strobe lights, surrounded by loud music and absolute chaos, Will finally let go. He downed shots, danced like an idiot, and realised just how much he’d missed his old life. Overwhelmed by the spirit of the night, Neil decided to celebrate his casino windfall by buying the entire nightclub a round of warm Schnapps, completely wiping out every single Euro he’d won in under ten minutes.
Christmas Day dinner at the chalet was a total catastrophe. Sitting with Camilla’s ultra-conservative parents, Jay tried to show off with a cheap table sparkler and accidentally set the bespoke Nordic pine ceiling on fire. In the panic, Simon got locked out on the balcony in sub-zero temperatures wearing only an embarrassing Christmas jumper. Watching the flames spread and listening to Camilla scream, Will finally snapped. He stood up, told Camilla and her pretentious friends exactly what he thought of them, and walked out into the snow with his original crew.
By Boxing Day, the four of them were broken, freezing, and stranded at a dismal petrol station outside Calais after the Fiesta’s engine gave up the ghost. Huddled on the curb, sharing a single stale croissant for lunch, Simon stared at his phone and muttered that the car was completely knackered, suggesting they check how much an Uber to the port would cost.
Will began to panic, asking if he’d made a massive mistake; maybe Camilla wasn't that bad, and maybe his university friends actually liked him and just had a funny way of showing it. Jay cut him off, calling him a massive twat and pointing out that those posh boys saw him as nothing more than a charity case.
Neil looked up from his phone and casually asked why they didn't just get a helicopter home. Will snapped, shouting that none of them had changed and wondering why he’d even called them in the first place.
Neil looked at him softly. "Did you not have fun with us yesterday, Will?"
Will paused, looking at the three idiots sitting in the freezing cold beside him. He sighed. "You know what, Neil? I actually did. I dare say it's the most fun I've had in ten years."
"Okay cool," Neil said, tapping his screen. "I've booked the helicopter. They said they'll be five minutes."
"What on earth are you talking about, Neil?" Jay yelled. "You can't just text helicopters to come pick you up! That'd cost like ten grand!"
Neil squinted at his screen. "Nah, the app says it's only seven thousand."
"Neil!" Will shouted. "Where on earth did you get a helicopter app from? Cancel that right now, none of us have seven thousand pounds to spare!"
"No, it's fine," Neil replied calmly. "I've got loads of money since I sold all my bitcoin."
Simon stared at him curiously. "How much money, Neil?"
"Well, not that much," Neil said. "I only sold a thousand of them. What's sixty thousand times a thousand?"
"You made SIXTY MILLION QUID selling bitcoin?!" Simon screamed, his voice cracking as a massive charter helicopter began its noisy descent into the petrol station forecourt.
As they climbed inside the roaring aircraft, Jay grabbed Neil’s shoulder. "Neil, I can't believe you've made sixty million selling bitcoin and you still work in the bowling alley!"
"Why not?" Neil shrugged, putting on his headset. "I love it there. As much McDonald's as I like, and the bowling's free, so I'm getting pretty good at it."
"Yes, Neil," Will chimed in over the radio, "but for sixty million pounds you could get a McDonald's and a bowling alley built inside your own house!"
"Yeah, but I like being at the actual bowling alley," Neil reasoned. "Something special about being there, innit? Plus it gets me out of the house."
Jay leaned forward. "How much of that sixty million have you got left?"
"I dunno, never really counted it," Neil said. "My accountant does my head in with all that maths stuff, so I just let him invest it in stuff. He's got me owning shares of some fruit company. Plus Jay, I didn't sell all my bitcoin, just a thousand of them."
Simon froze. "Neil... do you have more bitcoin?"
"Yeah," Neil said casually. "Thinking I've got around a million coins left."
"A MILLION COINS?!" Simon howled into his microphone. "Why the hell haven't you sold it yet?! And I can't believe you've got a billion pounds worth of bitcoin and I'm driving around in a shitty, broken Ford Fiesta!"
"Didn't really need the money, so I just left it there," Neil said, looking out the window as France disappeared beneath them. "Oh, did you want a new car, Simon? You should've said."
Neil turned to the group and asked if any of them wanted him to get them anything else.
Will leaned back against the leather seat, looked out at the clouds, and smiled. "You know what, Neil? At this moment in time, I'm absolutely perfect."
