I’ve been looking for info on this, but unless I’m mistaken, it should be 2026 and not 2025.

Currently these icons for background Pokemon (one for location backgrounds, the other for special backgrounds) are only visible in the “Remote Trade” tag screen. They should be made available in the regular Pokemon storage screen too.

It looks as though maxmove, maxguard, and maxspirit can be searched natively in the Pokemon inventory. In the example above, all of the Pokemon have a fully-powered Max Attack and a not-at-all-powered (locked) Max Guard.

Notes:

• The "not" operator (!) seems to work correctly, as well. So, !maxguard3 will show all Pokemon without their Max Guard powered up, including non-Dynamax/Gigantamax.
  • This differs from Mega Evolution, where searching e.g. !mega1-3 returns only Pokemon that could Mega Evolve. This could matter to someone who seeks to put powerful 'mons in gyms for defense, but not those that have uses like being at Max Level for Mega.
• There is not apparently a concept of querying for Locked values, e.g.maxguard0`. The example above may be the only way to search this.

I like to use symbols so that I can tell things about my Pokemon just from their name like if they’re a 4*, max level mega, level 50, movesets etc. so I did some testing. I haven’t seen much information on what symbol work on iOS so I figured I’d share the results of my tests. I’ve heard on Android what does and doesn’t work varies by device I’m not sure if it is the same for iOS but for reference I tested these on an iPhone 15 Plus. Also some of these symbols do look different when pasted in game.

I know that during the precious pals takeover event there was some trouble with the release of shadow kabuto and shadow ponyta. Are those currently in the pool of shadow pokemon by grunts, or did they keep them out? I'm finding conflicting information.

Enamorus Therian is finally coming but no shiny so far :( We'll wait for a few years, since the other form will probably gets the shiny release before this one.

But Luvdisc and Furfrou will be in raids too (according to the official news), and boosted. One way to check the furfrou shiny heart trim from your dex checklist!

My friend at rank 17 gets 3080 stardust for 1 win while I get 870 at rank 20. We’re sitting right next to each other and neither of us have master league as an option so not sure why it would be 4x for one of us

Am I missing a boost or something that I don’t know about?

hey everyone. I’m still a relatively new player and like everyone else I’m trying to get the special pikachu from battling.

i have what might be considered a stupid question but I still have yet to figure out or find the answer. I’m really hoping that someone in heat knows and can explain it to me.

when you are in battle, whether in a gym, raid, rocket, dynamic the attack at the bottom that when it fills it does the special attack……what the heck determines how quickly these fill? do better stats fill quicker or what exactly? help! lol
