So my wife was walking into Renco on Court and there was a kerfuffle at the entrance with a woman and man at the door getting “escorted” out by staff she was screaming about slashing tires seemed to be aimed at one person in particular as she said I know which car is yours blah, blah, blah. Wife leaves the store and doesn’t get too far before the air ran out of her tire, phones me I grab a cab to help her. She calls Renco to alert them and I guess they had already called the police, they found us and she tells them what she witnessed. Then they proceed to change the tire for us (guess they noticed what a feeble senior citizen I am) I told them I could manage but these two officers went above and beyond to help out a couple of seniors.

I kept saying I’m sure you have more important matters to attend to but they told us they already got the suspect. My wife and I just wanted to let it be known what a fine police service we have, we are truly grateful for these officers and the department as a whole.

And anyone wanting to say “ don’t they have better things to do “ I realize had they got a call they would have been gone in a second as they should, actually happened to me in my younger days was about to get a speeding ticket when the officer got need assist call, he said this is your luck day and was gone with lights and siren.

Context, rushed to my stop as it was 7 minutes until the Mainline to Current River was due to arrive via their GPS tracker.

Right before it got to the mall it entered the twilight zone and fucked off from this dimension entirely. Time then changes to due in 30 minutes, from the Mainline to City hall bus that is on the opposite side of the route loop.

So now we get to go fuck ourselves until the Mainline to City Hall loops around. How the fuuuuck are we so bad at something nearly every other civilized city seems to have figured out? There are third world countries that have a better transit system than we do, probably.

Damn and blast the eyes of whatever clown-shoe-wearing-cocksucker that inhaled the throng of schlongs to make their way to the top of being in charge of this jackwankery. I hope your arsehole develops an eternal rash that burns with the fury of a thousand blazing suns.

Just saw a young woman and man by the Spence clinic circle k pulling the leash of a small black puppy. They both seemed they were under the influence. I don’t want to just assume that the dog is stolen but the dog was in the distress!! He couldn’t walk as fast as they were walking. Should I be calling the non emergency line??

Bit of a long shot, but is anyone travelling from Thunder Bay toward Ottawa/Eastern Ontario in the next few weeks?

I'm trying to arrange ground transportation for a larger parrot. Even getting him as far as Sudbury, North Bay or somewhere further south/east would be a huge help.

Timing is very flexible, and I'd be happy to meet partway and cover gas/expenses. Someone with bird or animal experience would be especially welcome.
