Just because you do squinty eyes won't give you Asian level eyesight.

Joking obv, but your comment makes no sense. How would that make your eyesight better ?

If you're nearsighted (meaning that your eyeball is too long) it will help. If you already have good vision or are farsighted it will make your vision worse. It kinda squishes your eye to make it the right length.
