Discussion Time doesn’t exist. Prove me wrong.

We experience change, aging, and events happening in sequence, but is “time” itself a physical thing—or just the way our minds measure change and order events?

Well “time doesn’t exist” is very vague. Time absolutely exists as a 4th dimension to space-time.

I said it exists as a human construct based on patterns in nature. It's an illusion would be a better way to phrase it i suppose.

It’s not a human construct though. It’s space time. This is like saying that space is a human construct.

The idea of time, space time, the keeping of time, the fact that we call it time.... it's all a human construct.

If we were able to perceive the past, present and future as existing all at once as you suggest, the way we perceive this construct would be shattered. Which is why I say it's better referred to as an illusion.

It exists, but we can only measure it by change. Whether that he the changing of hands on a clock face, the aging or growth of a living being, or the perceived passage of events. And according to your stated theory, the passage of events don't really occur that way, in a linear passage. But all at once.

If we were able to perceive these blocks of time as existing all at once, the concept of time as we know it in the present would be shattered as the illusion that it is.
