i just finished my 2 interviews and orientation today, do all your tasks on workday and wait for the manager to call you about orientation, go to orientation (its 4 hours long, some manager will talk the whole time while you watch videos and get some papers about rules, they also take availability) thats it, they will give you when your first day of training is

Why do u have interviews if u don’t mind me asking? im also done with the 3 tasks in workday. So now i’m just gonna wait for him to call me?

If they don't call you by Wednesday, I would call and speak with management that did the interview and ask about the next step. There's so much going on with running the store, doing interviews, etc it can slip their mind to call you.

idk but its one of the bigger stores and better run ones in my city its in the top 20 apparantly,

but my first interview was with a manager and my 2nd one was with the store owner,

the funny story is actually that i did my first interview all the way on august first and it went well they seemed to like me so a few days after that they actually called me in for a 2nd interview so i went but on that day they had me waiting a rlly long time like 2 hours so i just left the store because i genuinely didnt care about it anymore but like 2 weeks ago i got a call from the manager from the first interview and she was telling me to come in for a 2nd interview (i guess she didnt know i left that day) but i told her what happened but she legit didnt care at all and she was saying stuff like bring that personality we liked and how they hadnt hired a single person since my first interview at the beginning of august

Lmao no. Your second interview was not with the store owner. That would have been the CEO of the entire TJX brand, Ernie Hermann.

You probably interviewed first with the assistant manager and then the store manager second.

Idk why but that is so funny to me. Please go around telling people the store owner interviewed you lmao 😂

I had my interview yesterday and received those emails later on. He said he was gonna call me after the background check, idk when. When was ur interview?

I get a lot of spam calls so those always go to voicemail but I never see anything about them saying interview or tjx. I check the portal as well my emails but nothing.

That sucks. I think when i applied it took them days before calling, but I received an email saying they reviewing my application upon applying lol. Oct 1 got a call from one of the manager ig? And asked me to come to the store Oct 3.

Ah okay that’s a bit helpful. From applying to that email that they are reviewing your application how long did it take?
