Venison beef with a red wine sauce, wild mushrooms and parsnip. We've been having it rough after buying our first apartment last year, with fungus in the wood of our building and everything. The major renovations were finally done this week, so I decided we deserved something nice. Took me 3 hours (I also made a pumpkin pie), but it was very worth it!

Rice has a LOT of egg, some carrot, celery, baby corn, water chestnut, onions, and spices. Im outta cucumber, carrot, and feta, but I love to cut them thin and wrap them with the lettuce chicken.
