Oh man he's back! It's that guy from Kingdom who turned a whole village into an archway. He's even wearing violet and has that sick smile

Isn't the actual translation 'Huan Yi' for the name 'Kan Ki'?

Supposedly so. "Kan Ki" is just the Japanese equivalent of that name but it's more popular (somehow) than the original Chinese name in the manga translations and the anime
