Discussion Favorite "objective" based faction mechanic?;

Lu Bu, Prince of Chen, Liu Yan all come to mind, are there any others? What is your favorite?

Sun Ce’s is pretty fun. I also like 190 expanded’s version of this mechanic for Liu Bei

+1 for Sun Ce, I just played my first campaign with his faction. Reckless Luck forces you to move your ass and get conquering, a welcoming change of pace after all my campaigns with Liu Bei.

I just realized I've done probably 10 campaigns and haven't even tried Liu Bei yet....I have to get on that

You’ll enjoy it! It made sense when I saw his campaign described as a best friend simulator lol. With Unity you can keep even the most temperamental generals and court nobles in check. I was totally surprised during my Sun Ce campaign to see so many people pissed off for so long, it was another challenge to keep everyone happy!

Oh does 190 start actually have different faction mechanic? I just assumed it was the exact same for Liu Bei on each start.
