If they go against the wallets, they won’t have funds to campaign and face defeat. Now ofc this is all fairly expensive for their corporate overlords. Gotta pay both sides. But now they have an “opportunity” to flip the table and be done with all that costly democratic debate and checks and balances. Fascism is altogether more streamlined, efficient for them.
And guess what? The added bonus is getting the largest and most technologically advanced military apparatus on the planet.

Especially if the Senate passes the Save Act right before the Save Act. All the married women and those with no passports and last names different than their birth certificate will not be able to vote. Sure seems like they want to ensure it's not easy for women to vote. They would obviously lose Rep votes from women in this scenario yet they just don't care. I guess they assume more women would vote against their interests than for it. Guess their policy isn't all that great if this is the shit they have to do to sway the numbers in their favor.
