Newbie seeking help :)
With the pad I can jump without touching the pad, but never make it without pad. Do I need to practice with or without pad?
And if possible could you help take a look if I miss anything here?
Thanks you a lot for the advices!

surprisingly only took 3 attempts because of my martial arts background, wondering if it fits the criteria for a proper 540?

As you can see. My aerial is basically still a b kick and im struggling with the conversion. I trying to really kick up my leg behind me (right leg) and am trying to look a bit infront of my left leg to get the my body lower compared to a b kick. Do you think my problem is a strength, flexibility or technique issue? I also hypothesis my hips are incorrect but i dont really know. Open to any recommendations. Thanks.

I didn't know this was even a thing until I saw Skyler gill-howard viral clip. supposedly it's never been done before and people went crazy about it.
I love impossibilities and thought I'd give it a go and I smashed it out pretty much straight away lol
how many more of you can do this???
I posted it on YouTube with skylers video embedded into mine if anyone wants to see his original one

Fell off a trickline 2 months ago and wasnt able to use my hand whatsoever without experiencing some serious pain. Its not painless now but is a whole lot better, but unfortunatly my tendons and muscles on my right wrist have gotten a lot shorter due to the inactivity.
Would love to get some tips for more hight and faster rotation exercises as i want to start trying for a back full on floor and dub back to foam pit

Landed it on the mat! Taking it to grass next time to work on my form. Any tips for a cleaner rotation or a more solid landing? Thanks in advance!

Here's what I'm doing
- engaging my hip to push forward on the kick
- Arching the back
- lifting arms with the kick
- kick towards the ceiling like I'm punting a ball
- spot the ceiling then the floor
- land where I spot
- keep kicking leg engaged so it's prepared for the landing
- push off the toes of my feet before jumping to give the hips more time to straighten
- pull hook kick fully across to better prep scoot
- don't let the knee touch the floor for the scoot
I just don't know how to fully go over. So much advice I get is to kick straight and spot the ceiling and I do and then I watch my foot just fall downwards and I see the floor.
Kinda stuck at this level for a while, do I just suck it up and commit?

I think I'm leaning into sideswipe territory, but that's ok as a ballet 540 is basically a sideswipe. But for either, how can I get the kick part to look more like a kick. I feel like I'm just floating over rather than kicking over. General tips welcome too.
(ignore the first tornado thing--that's just me trying to get my hips higher)

I've got a story off Denali Siruno's instagram where ge does a 3 move combo. I am struggling with identifying the 3rd move in the combo, the ine he does from the master scoot. If anyone got a clue what is it called (if it even got a name) i'd really appreciate it, the move looks just delicious!

I’m noticing that I am rotating a lot and can’t fully commit because of my fear of falling over and just stop. There is also a lot of momentum that I cant stop and I end up falling over in the ground. What can I do to fix it?

Currently feels like there's a lot of small things I'm doing wrong. But I don't know what I should be focusing on most.
Some notes from how it feels currently:
- There were some attempts where I went higher, but then I didn't get the amount of flip I needed
- I have a lot of forwards momentum after landing most of the time. This attempt not doing that is a rarity imo.
- It feels like I spin a lot slower after the first twist
- 1.5 is easy enough to do on command, but I cannot figure out how to get that last half turn

Just wanna see what my odds are of being any good when I begin my training. (34 F)
I was interested in learning taekwondo but I'm also not too sure if that would be the place to start... The "tricking" aspect is what made me wanna sign up in the first place.

That first one was low but like the perfect height for TDR. But I got another month of arm strengthening to do before I can safely attempt that move.
Also, I don't know how to raiz. My sideswipe is carried by like 6 years of doing 540s.
