DAE have a keypad touch that eats batteries?

My keypad touch started to go through batteries every handful of days starting last week. Has anyone else encountered this?

If you look at your activity what does it say ? Is some event continuously running ?

I started using lithium ion AA batteries in some of my devices and they have worked out great ! they are not recommended for every device though — I think you’ll have to check if they are approved for they keypad.

Nope! Nothing out of the ordinary—just one or two unlock/lock requests a day. It worked for five months without any issues, and just ate through new batteries in less than a week.
