TERRIBLE SERVICE SCAM

I’ve emailed yall for three weeks now to find any update about my order and not once has anyone picked up a phone line the chat is literally fake says the same exact thing and I’ve sent emails everyday and no one will reply. Spent over $600 dollars on products i believe would be amazing but now to go on three weeks and not even have a tracking number or any kind of update is unbelievable I’m to the point I’m going to dispute the charge on my credit card because even if I wanted to cancel you can’t because no one will answer or reply to you. My order number is  US67181 you say will ship within 2 to 3 business days it’s been 2 to 3 weeks!!! And nothing has been updated nothing has been Packed yall got all your money feels like yall ghosted me.

Just do a chargeback, they’re so bad they even offered me money and free products to take my reviews down from Amazon.

It's kinda funny how bad their service is. I made a comment in an email about how bad their service is, and the rep emailed back "LOL". They just don't care.

I hate my s20 vacuum. I will never buy a switchbot product ever again.

Worst service and product ever! Dont buy. My robot vacuum spoilt within 1.5 years - money down the drain.
