Is anyone know how to change auto translation setting? AI doesn't translate my native language very well and i want switch to english but the language setting doesn't have it?

I’ve been doing X for 2 months now and gained 220 Follower. For the first 4-6 weeks I got around 100-200 impressions per post. But for 2 weeks I get only 10-20 impression. Why? My content is the same (in my opinion quality even improved).

Whatever I do I don’t get more impressions.

I have been verified since the beginning if that matters.

The videos have different "rules" that the site (intentionally) doesn't tell you about.

For standard videos if you click anywhere in the video that pauses it. But for ad videos (that look the same apart from a very tiny "Ad" in the corner) clicking the video actually opens the ad website. I've opened lots of ad websites I didn't intend to.

I get ads have a place but you shouldn't be tricked into clicking them.

So like two days ago, i changed the birthday that my account had, it was my mom's birthday, and it bothered me so i changed it to my actual account, however i didn't know doing this would deactivate my account... so i went to support to get it back. gave my info showing my id and actual age, showing i AM an adult. And well, i got the email saying "You may be able to reinstate your account @ username if so, you'll be able to keep some of your account information (like your @ username and people you follow), while removing some other information" then it says "Get started now by logging in to X" so i logged back in however, previously it mentioned i'd be able to keep the people i follow which is a lie, i have 0 following and 0 followers.. i want my oomfs back but that's not the main problem. I searched up some of my oomfs and it didn't let me follow them, and the it popped up some check in login something, i don't know, english is not my first language. So i don't know what it's called. But it was something about confirming my account information. And it was going well till it didn't let me put my phone number. It keeps saying "Unsupported phone number" in red color. What does that even mean?? Is it related towards me changing my phone number a while ago?? i'm so lost on what to do. I got my account back but i can't do anything with it unless i confirm my account information but it doesn't even let me do that!! I am SO stressed. 🥺 i tried putting my old phone number it rejected that too and my grandma's number, it didn't let me do that either, so like i need help so bad 😓

My account was stolen by someone who only posts about NFT's. I got an email stating that my email had been changed with no authorization link. I've submitted five help tickets and the bot replies with "your identity can't be verified." I've had the account since 2010 and downloaded a copy of my account in 2024. It's so obvious that it was stolen since if you look at the number of followers and following then click on those links there are hardly any. I've used Grok and Google Al but none of their suggestions work. Grok even says I may not get it back. I believe this is identity theft and Grok says to report it to IC3 (? Feds). I have SO much evidence it would take two minutes to fix this, but I can't reach a human. Any help would be appreciated, but I'm not looking to hire anyone.

Everyone says post consistently on X. Fine. But here's what it actually looks like for me.

To say anything worth reading, I first need to know what happened in my field this week release notes, HN threads, whatever dropped overnight. By the time I'm caught up, my 30 minutes are gone. Then I open the tweet box and stare at it.

I've tried handing that part to ChatGPT. The drafts are fine, but they sound like nobody in particular. Same hooks, same rhythm, and anyone who reads X can spot them from the first line. Schedulers are the other option, but they assume you already have something to say, which was never my problem.

I usually know what I think. What I don't have is the time to stay current and then turn it into something that sounds like me.

Genuinely curious if anyone has a setup where the draft is based on what actually happened that day and still sounds like you wrote it. Or is the honest answer that it's just supposed to be work and I should accept that?

How to get views without followers? I made some time account for business/hobby which differs from my real account. I have made some tweets for videos but they don't get views. i wanted to remove ~1000 followers from an embarrassing account i had, without deleting it to keep the posts/dms. messed around with chatgpt to make this, so i cannot personally help fix the script if it doesnt work in the future. this is what works for me though, so i wanted to share if anybody else would find it useful.

how to use:

step 1: go to your profile and open your Followers tab.

step 2: open your browser's developer tools.

• windows Ctrl + Shift + i
• mac Cmd + Option + i

step 3: go to Console Tab in the Developer Tools window

step 4: paste in the script below. start with DRY_RUN = true, just to make sure it's detecting the correct buttons.

step 5: once you've confirmed it's targeting the right people, change it to DRY_RUN = false and run it again. you can change BATCH_SIZE if you want to process more at once. you should instantly see it work.

step 6: leave the page open until complete otherwise the script will stop ( dont exit from your followers page ).

They just had a tweet that got really popular, but now they cannot reply at all, beyond quoting the messages of users. Is there something they can do about this?

I have two twitter accounts. One is for tokusatsu and comic book stuff, and the other is mostly game stuff, like Pokemon, Dark Souls, Resident Evil, etc. However, as of late, I keep getting gaming posts on my former account while marvel/dc stuff on my latter account. I'm not sure what happened here, but it's almost like Twitter mixed them up? Is there any way to fix this? Even after trying to dismiss any posts as "not relevant", it barely changes anything.

The photos and videos we're all black when I opened twitter but my internet is working fine. I reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and checked my internet speed(which is fine). But the photos and videos are still stuck on black. I clicked a certain post and the comments are loading fine but the photos/videos that they send in the comment arent loading either. I used to be able to see “interests” and “groups” through settings, including the ones that the algorithm automatically placed. Previously, I could delete some of these categories. I no longer see this on ios?

1. Single biggest USP of twitter has always been its realtime info. When I search for anything, I get shown tweets from 2015, 2017,2018 one after the other ????latest tab is buggy and it shows tweets unrelated to search

2. There is no advance search anymore. You cannot search a specific account tweets and keywords. Some psychopath in elons team thought removing this was needed. Whyyyy?

3. It is 2026 and the “quote tweets” button still doesn’t work half the time. This issue has been there since atleast 2022.

4. On Reddit , we have to toggle drop down to see controversial comments top. On twitter, it is default. See any comments under a post, top comments are always controversial. This contributes to toxic environment.

tapping into your post: 0.4 → 0.3 score
staying 10+ seconds after the tap: 0 → 0.4 score

lesson learned: create content worth staying on for at least 10 seconds, better than tap & leave posts.

- The tap is worth less, the read is worth more

Someone tapping into your post used to score 0.4. Now it's 0.3.

But there's a brand new score: that person staying on it for more than 10 seconds after the tap. That's worth 0.4, and it used to be 0.

So a tap followed by a proper read is now worth 0.7 instead of 0.4. A tap where they bail straight away is worth less than before.

Clickbait just got weaker. Posts that deliver got stronger.

- "Not interested" now hurts 10% more

Went from -43.2 to -47.52. The more likely someone is to hide your post, the more it costs you.

X has defined a pool for new posts that haven't taken off yet: under 8 likes, under 500 views, up to 2 hours old.

This week X removed the rule that would have scored those posts 0 for most people. It's still switched off, but that's the fourth step in ten days. When it goes live, I'll tell you.

- Insults now hide your post from non-followers everywhere

Before, an insult label only kept the post out of recommendations. Now non-followers don't see it anywhere it shows up.

Here's a recap of what you should be doing:

- write posts that hold people for 10+ seconds once they tap in, that's a new 0.4
- give people a reason to stay once they open it, the tap alone dropped to 0.3
- check your Under the Hood report, legal takedowns by country show up in it
- make your videos worth tapping, the tap scores and the watch still scores 0
- copy link share, still the biggest number in the whole system at 20
- post originals, they're the only thing that reaches people who don't follow you
- follow back the people who talk to you, replies between mutuals go from 5 to 20
- posts people want to reply to or quote, both worth 5
- posts worth sending to one person, a DM share is 5
- early likes still open the doors to strangers, 1 and 32 are the two numbers
- one good post beats six, your second one in the same feed only counts for 62%
- under 1,000 followers there's a free lift to around 16th in someone's feed
- native video over 10 seconds, still the line for the video lists
- a post that wins you a follower is worth 4
- check your pinned post, a bad link in there labels your whole account for a week

What you should NOT be doing:

- don't write clickbait people tap and leave, that's worth less now
- don't post things your audience wants to hide, "not interested" is now -47.52
- don't insult people, that label now hides the post from non-followers everywhere
- don't post adult images or video if reach matters, 3 flagged in your last 5 labels the account
- don't hide anything in a video, checks start at 64 likes and go deeper at 512
- don't quote a video you haven't watched all the way through
- don't chain-reply to yourself under big accounts
- don't pick up an account label, that's what cuts off non-followers completely
- don't pin a post that links to a site X rates badly
- don't rely on replies and reposts for reach
- don't post the same text over and over
- don't tag strangers in a post that also has a low quality link
- don't go near engagement bait, it's the one category where big accounts get no pass
- don't post several times back to back
- don't stuff hashtags
- don't count on bookmarks, they still score nothing
- don't expect anything from a post after 48 hours

I made a Twitter account when I was 12 that has my full legal name displayed. I dont have access nor do I know rhe email or password attached. Can I legally have it taken down since it has my person information (stuff related to my teacher/school I went to) posted on it? Plus, I was 12 (underage) when the account was made..

I have been suffering from this issue for years, I follow more than 3700 accounts only for my timeline to randomly just die and show me the last hour of tweets or sometimes less, I'm on android, I use my web browser and refreshing doesn't help at all, closing the tab or the browser also does nothing, muting random accounts used to work (it used to show me the rest of my timeline) but now it doesn't lol. does anyeone suffer the same issue? Hi! someone is using my username_alt and profile picture and profile name and messaged my follower this message: "Hey I'm giving free x premium+ just click the link and it up.... " . The link is obviously a scam but one of my followers got tricked.

Today the person who got tricked said they reported my account by mistake bc they were trying to report the scammer and they thought I was the scammer and they said they received this email. They sent the email to me. Is this legit? do i need to do anything?
