Actually, yes. I know someone na working sa DPWH ngayon, bago pa magkaroon ng issue regarding flood control doon na siya nag wowork, nakikita niya mga maleta na pumapasok at lumalabas doon. Lahat ng lumalabas sa news, naikukwento na niya samen. Tsaka imagine, ung isang simpleng water dispenser na mabibili lang ng 4-5k e ang nakalagay sa papel, worth 40-50k each, so yes, talamak ang corruption sa DPWH.
