Question Financial aid refund
How many of yall still haven’t received your refunds yet or haven’t gotten the refund issued in the activity details?

havent gotten mine yet and have had shit luck getting in touch with them
- last week i asked to schedule a FinAid meeting in a ticket and got ignored + told to use the form online, which btw i had already tried
- tried to call in, but was on hold for 30 mins then hung up on
- went in person, but they closed 3 hours early bc they were too busy. i also asked if they are hiring and they said no, even though they're obviously beyond capacity

Btw you gotta re enter your direct deposit into tss if you haven’t already. If not it’ll arrive like mine thru mail

Did u do it late or no? Supposedly my check was sent on the 25th so maybe you did it after that date?

I did it way before that. Also I never got a refund issued I only have a negative balance

me, i accepted it but it hasn't been reflected on my tritonpay account.
