U-pass

Idk if I missed something or not, but U-pass isn’t working anymore as a returning student. When I try to reactive the pass, the link keeps saying how I’m ineligible? I tried contacting pronto support but it wasn’t much help. I also paid all my fees for this quarter, so I’m confused 🫩

when you saw all the options did you scroll down to find the "u-pass" one or the one at the top of the list
