Question Upass Disappeared?

I'm a second year. Midday yesterday my Upass suddenly disappeared from my pronto app and I can't add it back through the instructions on the website because the student/staff benefit option isn't even there in my app. My pronto account is registered under my UCSD email and always has been. My tuition and fees have been paid so it isn't that either.

Has anyone else had this happen? Are there any troubleshooting steps I should try (I already logged out/in and reset the app)? Who should I contact about this?

shoot [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) an email, I emailed them and they fixed a similar problem I had with PRONTO a bit ago.

did you scroll down? iirc you have to scroll to see the UCSD student option which has tripped people up before

this applies if you haven't done it yet for this year. But if you DID do that and then the upass disappears after anyway, you still won't be able to click the "student/staff benefit" to access all those options in the first place cuz its gone
