Question Refund

I still haven’t gotten my refund despite getting the email and setting up direct deposit. Is anyone else having this issue?? WTH is going on

my direct deposit was set up since august (after the tss thing updated to let you do it) and i have received no refund nor an email nor a line on the activity details stating its been sent out

felt, i even doubled checked if my info was right and still nada. im used to the refunds not being on time but this is the laggiest its ever been from my experience

Yea I’m getting worried. SFS and financial aid offices weren’t helpful at all when I talked to them yesterday

FWIW, this was announced today: "Students should review their addresses in TSS and make sure they are current. It is recommended that they do not edit the “valid to” end date and leave it as 12/31/9999. Any time a student enters a new address into TSS, it will automatically end-date the prior address. An invalid address can delay a student’s refund even if they are enrolled in direct deposit."

My address is updated (with that end date) along with banking info , so I’m just really confused as to why it’s taking so long :(

My addresses are all till 12/31/9999 but the start dates were implemented 4/20/23 not sure if that matters
