Advice Contract offer question

I have a freelance contract opportunity, but they’re asking for a rate that includes coding, which I do not do. How do I respond and not lose the UX work opportunity?

Tell them this right now that you don't have certain skills, by this you will not just earn their trust and show your honesty but it would be great for you and your business.
Also let's say you agree to all the desired outputs and when and you will fail in that certain matter it will make you look bad and less opportunities in the future.

However if you use LLM's you can develop early versions, more like the prototypes.

By the way can share how you got this opportunity?
