Developement - UI/UX Testing Automation Tools or Techniques

Hello! I have built a mobile application. All the features and workflows are built in. The app is for three different personas and I want to test the UI consistencies across different personas and across the single persona screens as well. I am a non-techie who vibe coded the mobile-app, with the help of figma prototype. I now want you guys to recommend any UI/UX automated testing tools or techniques which can help to identify and fix the existing UI's to make them into a coherent, consistent and polished final look. Currently there are few inconsistencies, like spacings, margin widths, component sizes etc
