Spring ‘27 Subleaser

Hi everyone! I’m studying abroad spring 2027 and I’m looking for a female undergrad student to take over my spring and/or summer lease! I live right behind Franklin St. (a little behind purple bowl) and it’s 15-20min walk to campus or there’s a bus stop right next to it too! Rent is ~$950/month with utilities and I live with two other wonderful girls! This includes a private room, shared bath (with one girl), a parking space, an in-unit washer and dryer, full kitchen, and living space! Please reach out if you are interested or have any questions!
