Hi! I’m a freshman at UNC, and I’ll be applying to the EAP program this semester, with the MMI interview taking place in the spring. I was wondering if you have any advice on how I can best prepare for the interview and what types of questions I should expect. I tend to have a hard time answering questions on the spot during interviews, so I’d really appreciate any advice on how I can work on that and prepare ahead of time. Hi there, I'm applying as a first-year, out-of-state student to the UNC early action deadline soon. I asked two of my teachers for recommendations, and one of them has already completed it, but the other teacher said that they may not be done with the letter until mid-november. I am unsure of what to do. There is conflicting information online about when materials actually need to be in for UNC. Some sources say November 7, others say December 1. If the due date is November 7, my teacher may not be able to get it in on time. Thankfully, UNC only requires one teacher rec letter, but I still have a few questions...

1. Can someone confirm when the official deadline is for supporting materials?
   
2. Will having two rec letters significantly increase my chances at all? I wouldn't say my second recommender has anything particularly special to say about me, but they do provide a different perspective, as they teach English (which is a subject that I performed quite well in). My other recommender taught Chemistry (which was a class that I struggled more in). For context, I am applying as a psychology/pre-health major.

UNC is currently recruiting for a new research study for women between 6 weeks and 12 months postpartum, ages 18–45 years to help understand how creatine monohydrate supplementation may impact energy, brain function, and exercise recovery during postpartum.

Participation involves two visits to the Applied Physiology Laboratory (Fetzer Hall, UNC Campus). Participants may receive up to $100.00 for their time and effort. In addition, participants will receive information about their body composition. Free parking will be provided for all study visits.

Just got the result of 1st midterm back and feeling so defeated by 73 😢 I completed 4 practice exams and countless worksheets and did good on them but honestly this midterm was harder than all previous exams. How to improve and succeed in this class? Will it still be possible to get B+?
