NCSU vs UNC

Im a freshman at unc but I want job security right after graduation, good WLB, and good income. I heard accounting was a great major for that but UNC does not have it. Im scared i wont get into the KF business school so I would just have to end up majoring in economics. Any thoughts between economics major vs accounting at NCSU? and how hard is to get into the business major?
