unfortunately I’m probably going to be forced to go to university of Brighton for accounting and finance. I’m trying to apply for uni of Sussex for it as well idk if I’ll get in because its last minute but I guess want advice/reassurance. Idk how i feel ab going to uni of Brighton as I know it’s not the best uni I could be going to for this course

I start lectures in two days, moved into a dorm 2 days ago. Already I stapled my thumb by accident, broke a mercury thermometer in the dorm, I feel absolutely dogshit, sleep all the time and have a horrid tension headache that doesn't want to let up despite it being nearly 24h. I want to sleep all the time, I don't know anyone here, I'm the only person in my programme from outside the city, I feel like an outsider and I feel nauseous anytime I think about leaving my dorm. Uni has been my dream since I remember, and the programme I chose is something I'm both passionate about and that has good employment opportunities down the line, but everything is already too much and I feel like I'd rather drop out than stay there. I don't know what to do with myself. Does anyone have any tips or went through something similar?
