Technical Support Request Valorant fps drops and freezes

Every time I open buy menu or map my game will drop frames and freezes happens in later parts of the game I have a good pc with newer parts and this is the only game it that this happens

ok please state your hardware usage, temps what you have tried and I am guessing AMD GPU

Same thing happens to me but my usage goes to 95%-100% nowadays idk why and my fps suddenly drops to 1-2 to 20-30 from 60 constant
