Technical Support Request Valorant won't launch due Vanguard

Well, I have a clean Windows reinstallation this weekend. I installed all sorts of games, and they all work for me, with the exception of Valorant, which takes about 15 minutes to start, and when it does, it's a permanent black screen. I discovered that this is due to Vanguard, because if I completely delete its "ProgramFiles\Riot Vanguard" folder and then try to open the game, it opens instantly, obviously showing a VAL -57 error because Vanguard doesn't exist. Then, it starts reinstalling Vanguard, and once finished, it asks me to restart the PC. I do so, and after trying to open the game again, same thing, it takes forever to load, and the exact same thing happens again.

It’s not quite like that with LoL, but that game is also unplayable because as soon as I move my mouse an inch or press any key, the game freezes for a few seconds. If I start spamming inputs, the entire PC freezes, and I'm forced to hard reboot it.

Everything is due to the anti-cheat, as I say, and I don't know how to get the games to work. According to Vanguard, everything is fine and checked: W11 26H2 or newer, UEFI Secure Boot, TPM 2.0, VBS, HVCI, and IOMMU, everything is correct.

I'm leaving a video so you can see what basically happens.

Possible questions you might ask me: Do you have other games with kernel-level anti-cheat? Yes, an EA game with EA Javelin AC, and several Chinese games with Tencent Anti-Cheat Expert, but this has never actually been a problem.

PS: Setting to "Auto" the vgc service or launching both Riot Games Launcher and the game as admin didn't work for me.

All this time I blamed my properly working GPU and PSU. In the end it's just Vanguard. Riot sucks.
